Raspberry Lemonade Spritzer
Ingredients:
fresh raspberries
1 lemon, sliced
1 bottle lemonade
½ cup vomFASS Fassmix Raspberry
¼ cup Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
sparkling water
Directions:
1. In a pitcher, combine Fassmix Raspberry, vinegar, lemonade and sparkling water.
2. Serve over ice.
3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
Blackened Cajun Burgers
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
3 T. vomFASS Beer Balsam
¼ cup minced shallots
¼ cup vomFASS Sun Meadow Oil
½ cup vomFASS Cajun Seasoning
Directions:
1. Combine beef, Beer Balsam and shallots in a large mixing bowl.
2. Form into patties, pressing in the center to keep juices in the meat while cooking.
3. Brush each side of the patties with Sun Meadow Oil and coat with Cajun Mixture.
4. Cook at a high heat to create a blackened crust on the outside until desired temperature is reached.
5. Serve on brioche buns.
6. Top with Sweet & Spicy ‘Shrooms.
Sweet & Spicy ‘Shrooms
Ingredients:
2-3 portabella mushroom caps, sliced
1 T. vomFASS Fig Chili Balsam
1 T. vomFASS Date Balsamic Star
¼ tsp. vomFASS Chili Sea Salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a 1 gallon plastic bag for marinating for 2-5 hours.
2. Grill until warmed through.
3. Serve on top of Cajun Blackened Burgers.
vomFASS O&V Slaw
Ingredients:
¼ cup vomFASS Old Spanish Wine Vinegar
2 T. vomFASS Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
vomFASS Salt and Pepper
package of slaw mixture
1 tsp. pure cane sugar
cilantro for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix thoroughly.
2. Serve as a side or as a burger/hot dog topping.
Balsamic Strawberries
Ingredients:
8 cups strawberries, washed and sliced
½ cup vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti
¼ cup pure cane sugar
vomFASS Tellicherry Black Pepper, cracked to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir for even coating and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Serve over your favorite vanilla bean ice cream.
