Here’s an easy and impressive holiday treat.

Holiday Rum-Balls 




  1. Mix all ingredients together until they form a large ball.
  2. Cover and chill for one hour.
  3. Form into small balls (use a cookie scoop).  Roll each into additional confectioner’s sugar.
  4. Store in an airtight container.  May be frozen for later use.
