Training – VomFASS provides world-class training and support. During an intensive 10-day training program at our headquarters and corporate shop in Madison Wisconsin, franchise partners learn all aspects of store operations prior to opening their shop. Our training and support staff travel to your shop prior to opening to conduct the initial staff training to ensure each shop provides the customer experience from day one that is found in vomFASS shops around the world.
Funding – The vomFASS Franchise Funding Expert works with each franchise partner to find the best way to fund their vomFASS shop. VomFASS is on the SBA registry. VomFASS provides a discount to Military Veterans through the VetFran Program.
Real Estate – Finding only the best locations for vomFASS shops is critical to our retail success. Step one begins with demographic analysis. Each market is analyzed for median household income, educational background, retail sales, and age distribution to understand to market viability for a vomFASS shop.
VomFASS National Real Estate Advisor then manages the site selection process utilizing a local commercial realtor that has local market knowledge and relationships with local landlords.
Lease Negotiation – Once a location has been identified and approved by vomFASS USA, we assist you in obtaining the most favorable lease terms.
Design, Construction & Store Setup – Once a lease is signed the construction process begins with architectural design in the U.S. and Germany, fixtures built in Germany, shipped to America and assembled by the vomFASS USA assembly team.
Operations & Ongoing Support – vomFASS shops are regularly visited by management and members of the Operations Team. In addition, to assure the highest level of retail service, shops are regularly ‘shopped’ and graded by a professional service.
Marketing & Merchandising – The vomFASS Marketing and Merchandising Team plans seasonal promotions and customizes marketing materials for each shop to attract new and existing customers. Critical input on new and existing marketing programs is provided by franchise partners through our Franchise Advisory Council.
Franchise Meetings – Learning first hand about exciting new programs to improve your vomFASS business takes place at our annual U.S. meeting. Meeting sites vary each year and provide and opportunity to share best practices with other franchise partners and unwind after the busy holiday season. In addition, U.S. franchise partners are invited to the vomFASS International meeting held each year in Waldberg, Germany.
POS, Ordering & Accounting – Your point of sale cash register records sales, captures customer data for marketing, manages inventory flow and product reordering. This system integrates with your accounting system to allow you to effectively manage your business.
